Refund policy

Upon purchasing your eSIM, you will promptly receive a confirmation email with the QR code. Please note that once the eSIM is sent by email, it cannot be prevented from being used. Therefore, refunds or returns are generally not possible, except in explicitly stated cases.

Customers have the right to request a refund or exchange if the eSIM cannot be activated due to a technical issue originating from eSIMMY or its telecommunications provider.

 

When refunds cannot be issued:

  • If the wrong email address is provided, we cannot issue a refund. However, we can forward the eSIM to a different email address, but we cannot guarantee it will not be used by the owner of the incorrect email.
  • If your device is incompatible with eSIM, we cannot issue a refund. eSIMMY provides a list of compatible devices on its website, and customers can confirm compatibility by contacting eSIMMY.
  • If you change your mind or no longer need the eSIM, we cannot issue a refund. Once the eSIM is sent, we cannot prevent its use, and therefore, reimbursement is not possible.
  • Refunds cannot be issued for any other reasons not specified on this page.
